Combining specialised massage techniques with wooden sculpting tools, this programme helps reduce fluid retention, improve circulation and enhance natural body contours over a series of sessions.
Regular treatments provide more consistent and longer-lasting results than a single session and are recommended for clients looking to reduce puffiness, improve the appearance of mild cellulite and feel lighter and more confident.
Recommended frequency: 1–2 sessions per week, depending on your goals.
Please note: This treatment is a body sculpting massage and is not Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD).

Now in my sixties I have been coming regularly to Justina to help with general flexiblity & to relieve some areas of pain, more lately I’ve developed a swollen leg that has led to skin issues on that leg .. the expertise & attention to detail, along with an obvious passion for what she does & the use of a LED compression boot with tremendous effect makes me highly recommend her for all aspects of your wellbeing.

I highly recommend this place for a deep tissue massage. The therapist( Justyna) was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and checked in regularly about the pressure. They managed to work out some knots in my shoulders and lower back that have been bothering me for weeks. Clean environment and excellent service!
